Okay, let me explain
This is Tim Drake first of all. I got this random plot bunny when I was watching the Batman Beyond Movie the other day. The idea is this....
What if Tim figured out the Universe's big Joke? That their whole existance is just in a comic book. When he figures it out he just can't care about anything anymore, when everything around him just doesn't even really exist. He won't tell his freinds because he doesn't want to destroy their lives, letting them live in the illusion he lost. But this knowledge starts to destroy Tim mentally and in desperation finds out that the Joker is the only other person who knows about this 'Joke'. So he goes to see him at Arkham. Joker laughs as a response and let's Tim stick around, finding it hilarious that Tim figured out the Joke of the univerese. And Tim stays with him because Joker is the only person he can relate too. So now insane and violent Tim becomes a sort of Lacky for the Joker. But it is never clear if Tim actually kills anyone or not. But he also becomes especailly violent with the Joker if the man dares to try and tell his freinds about the 'Joke.' Can his freinds drag him back from this abyss he has dragged himself into?

Wow that's a great idea a bit scary but great. I did heard of a story (I think it was Batman beyond) where Joker mentally destroy Tim and made him pretty much Joker like. What if Tim never really killed people and hide because he knew how violent he was; Tim didn't want anyone to be hurt.
